UNDERSTANDING THE PROPHETS
UNDERSTANDING THE PROPHETS The Prophet carries a burden
at all times. Not to be misunderstood, that a Prophet is
always burdened down. He or she can be the happiest of all
around them, but deep inside there lies an all knowing that
what is taking place around him at the moment, is only temporal.
The knowledge deep inside him is what is really going on.
It is the stirring and dealings of God in his life that
prepare him for the next God event. God is constantly showing
and speaking to the Prophet. Revealing the good, the bad,
and the ugly all at the same time. The prophets of old correctly
called it the "burden of the Lord."
Prophets may weep when others are laughing, and they may
laugh when others are weeping. This is not from the Prophet's
insensitivity to the persons around him. I know as a Prophet
that I have great passion for people, and care deeply for
their well-being. Prophets may seem insensitive to the things
that seem important to others. This is because Prophets
are seeing form another perspective. They are not moved
by the circumstances at present. They are one step ahead
of the event that is currently happening and see the outcome
of that situation. This is not always a shared information.
The timing and workings of God is the Prophet's focus, not
the circumstance at present.
Some say Prophets are strange. I guess this is true of
some Prophets. The Bible tells us that Elijah was a man
just like us. So, Prophets are human and have feelings.
They are not so spiritual that they can't have love and
concern for others. Actually, Prophets possess great passion
and will usually go the extra mile with people in need.
Prophets have no tolerance for foolishness! This does not
mean Prophets don't laugh or even crack a funny joke at
times. I, being a Prophet love laughter and funny movies,
etc. It gives me a break from the foolishness of the Church,
or I might need to say the people inside. Prophets detect
the spirit of foolishness quickly and will deal with it
on the spot. They are quick to discern those around them
who are just going through the motions of Christianity.
HONOR GOD'S PROPHETS
Let it be known that God's prophets, will give out warnings in the approaching
days to come! His prophets will do nothing until God releases
them with His word. God has given ample warnings in His
word about those who kill His prophets. Many have turned
their ear away from hearing God's prophets. The condition
of the Church, is the consequences of not listening to God,
either directly or through His prophets.
God will always, and I said always, reveal His movement
in the earth to His prophets (before) He does anything.
In (Amos 3:7) Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he
revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
God said nothing
would He do,
(nothing),
not - a - thing, until He first reveals it to His Prophets.
The secret of God abides in His prophets, and many will
not hear them!
God's prophets are his servants, whom he sends out to speak
His will in the earth.
God is sending His prophets out to prophesy to the Nations!
God is making ready to reveal His plans to this generation.
A generation who has wandered in desert places in search
of something spiritual. Now finds itself thirty and panting,
for the pure water from the stream. If they could experience
just one drop of God's refreshing water, they would never
thirst again! I am going, or should I say flowing out to
so many might drink from His stream of living water. His
well, His river, His stream shall satisfy the thirsty soul.

Listen to God's prophets and rejoice, for God desires to
tell you His secret. The thing He is about to do in the
earth and in your life. (selah)
BIBLE REFERENCES
Prophets along with Apostles lay a foundation for the Church
to build on. There is only one foundation. Jesus is the
foundation for His Apostles and Prophets to build on.
Here are some Bible references for your study time. You
do have a study time, hum?
(1 Corinthians 3:10-11) (New King James Version)
10 According to the grace of God which was given to me,
as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and
another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he
builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay
than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Be careful how you build! Be mindful of the material you
are building with. You don't want to be cheap as in poor
quality when building God's house. Read The Message translation,
below and you can see how careful one must be.
(1 Corinthians 3:10-11) (The Message)
9-15 Or, to put it another way, you are God's house. Using
the gift God gave me as a good architect, I designed blueprints;
Apollos is putting up the walls. Let each carpenter who
comes on the job take care to build on the foundation! Remember,
there is only one foundation, the one already laid: Jesus
Christ. Take particular care in picking out your building
materials. Eventually there is going to be an inspection.
If you use cheap or inferior materials, you'll be found
out. The inspection will be thorough and rigorous. You won't
get by with a thing. If your work passes inspection, fine;
if it doesn't, your part of the building will be torn out
and started over. But you won't be torn out; you'll survive-but
just barely.
In His Rest,
Prophet Rick Fultz
