Rick Fultz is the founder and president of Mountain Stream Ministries. God’s prophetic calling and anointing on his life enables him in bringing forth the proceeding word of God. He encourages, teaches, and instructs with a spirit of compassion, humility, and precision. He brings an assurance to the heart the necessity and importance of being liberated from the bondages of sin and religiosity. Rick has walked with God for many years in the prophetic office. He has a profound awareness and understanding of the yearning of the Holy Spirit for God’s people to discern and hear the voice of God today.
